MONTHLY-WIRELESS NETWORK SERVICE RATES

DISCOUNTS >>   Residential Service to primary residence of customer 65 years or older will be charged at 75% of standard rates.   PDQ will also allow up to 4 months of temporary service suspension during the “ I’m gone for the winter “ season.

Customers paying quarterly in advance receive a 2.5% discount and annual prepaid accounts a 10% discount.

INSTALLATION  >>     Normal installation charge of $125.00   includes mounting and cable run for connection of wireless transmission equipment to one computer.   Additional installation services such as network setup, router installation, computer services or additional cable runs will be charged at technical service rates.

TECHNICAL/CONSULTING FEES >>   Service rate of $ 80.00 per hour billed in 15 min. increments.

CONTRACTS >>   Read the Service Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy for conditions and limitations.

BILLING   >>   All services are billed in advance and provided in monthly increments.   Entry month will be prorated for partial month.   Service/rate changes requested mid month will be changed at the beginning of next month and service termination will be effective on last day of requested month.   All delinquent accounts (30 days from invoice date) accrue late charges at 18% or $5.00 which ever is greater.  Returned checks will be charged a $15.00 processing fee.   A $50.00 reconnection fee will be charged to restore service if suspended by Customer’s default.
